We loved the helpful staff who went above and beyond, assisting us with airport transfers, luggage handling, and even arranging a visit to the Children's Hospital when our son fell ill. The location was great, situated on a quieter street yet still close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to train and metro stations. The room had a spacious design and we appreciated the convenient access to JR rail options for easy transportation.

We loved this place! The location was great, just a short walk from the train station, making it super easy to get around. We also really enjoyed being close to the Tsukiji fish market. The service was fantastic with friendly staff, and we loved the amenities provided in our room, particularly the heating, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. The housekeeping was top-notch with our room spotless every day. Additionally, the restaurant had a great breakfast selection and the massage facilities were a great touch.

The beds were uncomfortable and had noticeable springs poking through. The hotel had a dingy and run-down appearance, with stained carpets.
